Sinopsis Buku: Buku ini merupakan kumpulan materi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang dikembangkan berdasarkan pendekatan Genre Based Approach. Buku ini ditujukan untuk mahasiswa program studi Komunikasi di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Buku ini berisi materi yang membahas teori-teori yang diperlukan dalam praktik menulis bahasa Inggris secara mendalam. Buku ini terdiri dari beberapa bab yang diatur dalam empat bagian utama dalam setiap bab, yaitu *Building Knowledge of the Text*, *Modelling the Text*, *Joint Construction of the Text*, dan *Individual Construction of the Text*. Setiap bab dilengkapi dengan contoh teks, struktur teks, ciri khas teks, serta latihan menulis untuk memperkuat pemahaman dan penerapan teori. Buku ini juga mencakup topik-topik seperti analisis isu sosial, penyampaian berita, pelaporan peristiwa, serta penyampaian argumen. Materi yang disajikan dirancang untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam memahami dan mengaplikasikan berbagai genre teks dalam kegiatan menulis bahasa Inggris secara efektif dan kreatif.
